1. OVERVIEW
This policy describes how MAJESTIC MADE LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information on the Majestic Made portfolio website. Each released application has its own policy describing that product's data boundary.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
If you join a product waitlist, we collect the email address and product identifier you submit. If you suggest an app, we collect the idea, description, submission time, and optional email address you provide. Cloudflare may process short-lived network and security data such as IP address, browser information, and request timestamps. Private dashboard sign-in also uses an approved administrator email address and authentication-session information.
3. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
We use submissions to send requested product updates, evaluate product ideas, answer requests, secure the service, and operate the website. Cloudflare Pages serves the site, Cloudflare D1 stores form records, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. Cloudflare Access protects the private administrator dashboard. Submitting a form does not send an automatic confirmation or product-update email. We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or give data brokers access to it.
4. STORAGE, RETENTION, AND YOUR CHOICES
Form records are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Public form endpoints accept submissions but do not expose stored records. Only approved administrators can view and export submissions through the authenticated dashboard. Archiving hides a record from the active view; it does not delete it or extend its retention period. Downloaded exports remain private data and must be handled and removed by the administrator who downloaded them. Records older than twelve months are eligible for deletion and are removed in bounded batches as new submissions are processed; inactivity can delay deletion. Short-lived, daily changing keyed identifiers help limit abuse without storing raw IP addresses in the form database. We also store a fingerprint of each new app idea to suppress exact repeat submissions. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete a submission; we may need to verify that the address or record belongs to you. Provider backups and security logs may age out on their own schedules.
5. APPLICATION DATA BOUNDARIES
A waitlist submission is separate from data inside a Majestic Made application. Where an application is described as local-only or local-first, its product-specific privacy policy controls and identifies any deliberate export, purchase, or optional cloud feature. Joining a waitlist does not upload content from an application.
6. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
The website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to check for automated abuse. Public catalog browsing and form submission do not require a user account. Cloudflare Access uses essential authentication cookies for the private administrator dashboard, with email one-time-code sign-in and six-hour sessions. Your browser, network, or hosting provider may also keep ordinary technical records outside our code.
