CONCEPT 08 / FIELD OPERATIONS
Turnstamp is a proposed local-first field report for cleaners: guided checklists, before-and-after photos, issue notes, sign-off, and a client-ready summary built around one completed turnover.
No app, release date, platform commitment, or price is being announced.

THE WORKING IDEA
Photos, texts, checklists, and signatures often end up in different places. Turnstamp is exploring a single job record that can be completed offline, reviewed by the cleaner, and exported only when they choose. Field testing still needs to establish what clients and cleaning teams actually need in that report.
PROPOSED WORKFLOW
Choose a property and proposed checklist, then record when the job begins. Templates, roles, and scheduling behavior remain design decisions.
Proposed before-and-after prompts keep photos tied to rooms and checklist items instead of leaving them loose in a camera roll.
Add a note and photo when supplies are missing, damage is discovered, or a room needs follow-up. Nothing is sent automatically.
The target is a deliberate final review followed by a generated report the cleaner can choose to share with a client.
TARGET PRIVACY MODEL
Turnstamp is being evaluated as a local-first product. These are product principles, not claims about software that already exists. Recovery, multi-device use, and team collaboration remain open architecture decisions.
Job records should stay on the device by default. The exact storage and encryption design is not implemented yet.
A report should leave the app only when the user chooses a destination through the system share sheet.
The product concept does not require a client portal or tracking pixels. Any future cloud option would be separate and clearly explained.
Timestamps can document when an entry was created; they cannot independently prove who performed work or what happened off camera.
WHAT IS DECIDED
No. Turnstamp is a concept under product discovery, not an implemented application or announced release.
The current research focus is solo residential cleaners, small cleaning teams, short-term-rental turnovers, and move-out work.
A proposed report could organize user-entered records and timestamps. It would not be independent verification, a legal certification, or a guarantee that work was completed.
The design target is useful local-first operation without an account. Backup, team sharing, and any paid cloud option are unresolved and would require separate privacy and security review.
